i made a big bottle of Umeshu.
i decided to make Umeshu every year 2 years ago, but i forgot to make it last year,
so i was so excited to do this this year!! It's a seson for plum in Japan.
so i bought a lot of plums in the market.
and i also made a Ume soy sauce and Siso syrup,too!
it is also season for red Siso. my kitchen was so busy last week!
i love Siso soda with sliced lemon.
summer is coming soon !!
ohhhhh i can't wait to taste them!!
